Learning Models

With the aim of achieving faster and better progress at every tennis level, I explain to tennis beginners and advanced players in individual tennis training how to achieve a better tennis level with up to 4 different learning models.

The basic 4 learning models are:

  • Model learning (photo memory)
  • Learning by speaking (verbal learning)
  • Observational learning (player's opinion, interaction, asking tennis player questions)
  • Kinesthetic learning.
